Planned to watch 2 movies today... Looking for a Star & the Pink Panther 2 ... but the plan fail coz brother got work today... so I need to take care of parent's lunch .... ^^"

So at home watch youtube the whole day.... Taiwan drama "time story 光阴的故事" ...

Until evening.... Yuan Fen suddenly SMS asked wanna watch movie at nite..... so ok lu.... since today's plan oso failed jor....

10.15pm meet up with Yuan Fen at Cathay Cineleisure..... collect movie tickets.... jalan jalan ... makan Mc Flurry Oreo... movie at 11.15pm


9th Movie 2009: The Curious Case of Benjamin Button * * * *

Very beautiful love story .... touching and sad.... but really too long the story.... 2 hours 46mins.... almost fallen asleep .... so dun go watch at midnite show...... :x ... Story is about Benjamin Button (Brad Pitt) was born as a "old baby"phsyical limitations of a man who is 86yo ... he was reverse of normal human being.... he was biologically growing young every year.... he met Daisy (Cate Blanchett) during their childhood... around 12yo... but Benjamin was like a 76yo looking man... :X ... as the story goes by... Benjamin become younger... & Daisy growing older... the love story between these 2 persons will ever last? .... Brad Pitt was soooo leng zai when he become 20s .... >.<>

After movie already 2.07am.... so late... fast fast rush home sleep lu....

but then super jam in front at Eastin Hotel.... coz police setting up road block.... all cars jam there like 20mins.... @#$@#%%&@&(&#%#% >.< ......

reached home already 3am.... ^^"

Started work today after the CNY break... >.< still holiday mood'ing....

Mr Piano (John) asked wanna watch movie today at MSN.... ^^" he good lar... still holiday...

OK lu... so mar agreed watch after work lu....

5pm gone home... bath then went to MV lu... reached MV at 6.15pm... all the CNY decoration no more already.... ^^" really fast taken out lu... today oni chor 8 >.<

Met up with Piano & Lulu at Watson.... then went for dinner at Kim Gary.... my leng zai waiter oso no more there.... >.<

7th Movie 2009: Bride Wars * * * ½

Very entertaining movie.... lots of laughter but touching at the end... Anne was very pretty ... Kate (29) looks a little old compare to Anne (26)... :X .... But Kate's bf more leng than Anne's bf in the movie..... lolx..... Expected ending to the story...


After movie we went to Starbucks yum cha before going home lu...

Just got 15 ang pows this year... coz didn't go anywhere pai nian.... :x

Holiday Ended lu..

Finally CNY holiday ended today.... >.< ... so fast ...
felt so lazy to work ....
but actually CNY holiday for me was just boring at home only...
Didn't go to relatives house visit oso....

2nd day of CNY went to MV alone for 2 movies....

2nd Movie 2009: Inkheart * * *

The movie was so so only... nothing really happening .... story was so so only.... and the villain for a fantasy movie was too weak oso...


3rd movie 2009: All's Well End's Well 2009 * * * ½

The 1st CNY movie for year 2009... Most funny character still was Sandra Ng... love her so much..... Louis Koo still fit and leng zai.... :x .... Ronald Cheng not as funny as expected jor.... Overall the movie was not as funny as All's Well End's Well 1992 ... some of the jokes were from 1992 de movie... Most dai sei part of the movie was when Sandra Ng talking through the phone when she was crying... lolx... really laugh die me.....

p/s: the guy sat next to me was watching alone oso... & he brought yuk gon, gua ji, hoi sum guo to eat.... i think he really enjoy the CNY mood.... :x...

5th day of CNY... went to MV alone again for another 2 movies.....

4th Movie 2009: Red Cliff part 2 * * * *

Watched the Red Cliff part 1 a day b4.... really nice... so very looking forward for part 2... Overall part 2 was very nice...Maybe my mind was set that Tony Leung is not a action movie star... so no matter how well he fights in action... I oso felt he is not good enough for fighting scene.... :x.... but for this does not apply to Wu Juin .... he was really great in action.... No doubt that Lin Chi Ling was very pretty in the movie.... Zhao Wei's story was touching... Takashi was too leng zai & this weaken his acting as Kong Ming, the smartest character in the movie.... Zhang Zheng was too much playing with his eyes....

5th Movie 2009: The Wedding Game * * * ½

Actually the storyline was just so so only... but because of Christopher Lee was too gorgeous ... and he got a lot of shirtless scenes... I mean really a lot ! .. & he looks HOT .... :x..... ops.... so hiao.... lolx..... Anyway he looks old when he smiles.... but that just makes him more mature only lu.... Most funny part for me was Christopher Lee runs towards the bus & Fan Wen Fang chasing him from behind... The theme song for this movie was very nice... although it was using part of the song "The Wedding (Ave Maria)" by Julie Rogers

p/s: The guy sat next to me came with a str8 couple... :x.... suspected he is P... coz i think he too admire Christopher Lee :X..... he even cry at ending.... ops...

6th days of CNY.... for the 2nd time in this 2 years watching mid nite show... The previous mid nite movie was The Dark Knight.... this time will watch mid nite show coz watching with another fren, Yuan Fen....

6th Movie 2009: Changeling * * * *

A movie based on a true story... A Mother's son went missing... The police found her son but the mother says that's not her son.... & the mother in the search of her real son reveals the dark side of the police force of corruption and power abuse..... Angelina Jolie did a good job in the movie... The serial killer's acting was great... & those childrens oso very good....

p/s: while watching the movie... Fansu sms to ffk again for Sunday's gathering :x

Tomorrow going to start work lu... Wish all people Hoi Gong Dai Gat !!

Been invited to David's new house to have dinner today@ 7pm...

4.45pm on my way to 1U.... reached 1U 25mins later... but the entrance to new wing basement was FULL.... ^^" ..... Since David's house is nearby 1U .... so I parked my car at the shop lot outside David place... then walk 5mins to 1U ....

While walking to 1U.... so ngam David passed by .... he was heading home....

At 1U .. jalan jalan at Parkson.... waiting Tan Tart to come.... but Tan Tart still at home ^^" ... say liao meet at 5pm something de mar..... >.<

Bought 1 shirt at Parkson for my father to wear curing CNY...... :x ...

Then went to Jusco look see look see got what to buy for David lu.... 1st time visit ppl de new house mar.... then Tan Tart reached jor at 6.20pm... meet up with me at Jusco.....

I decided to buy red wine lu... coz dunno what to buy.... so cin cai chose 1 lu.... dunno which 1 is nice.... Lindemans Cawarra RM35.90..... the promoter says is more to fruity & smooth wor.... :X

After that I sit Tan Tart's car to David's place.... ngam ngam reached at 7pm.... we are on time & others will be late ^^" .... Tan Tart so hungry jor :x

nearly 8pm... Linpeh(Jack) & Normal(Kelvin) arrived..... then David heat up the BBQ Chicken & we start eat lu.....

Kuku & Kelvin (K & K) reached about 15mins later .....

After dinner ... & after watch "Deal or No Deal" .... then we tour the house lu ....

The house is very nice.... big & well renovated.... but it's kind of lonely & quiet if only 1 person staying lu...

Kelvin went off 1st to his friend's party......

After tour the house... we watch the movie Transformer (Blu-ray DVD - so kaya bought original 1) .... last time watched at Times Square IMAX .... sit too front .. cant see clear oso ^^" .... so this was my 2nd time watch.... hehe... still very nice....

After the movie .... is about 12am liao.... then asked David try use PS3 surf net awhile....

12.20am... we go home lu.... I sent Kuku back....

Reached home b4 1am....

Happy New Year 2009

1st day of year 2009.... early morning went to MV jalan jalan & watch movie lu.....

Tan Tart knew I will be going MV .... so he says he wanna join for movie oso.... so ok lu.... I reached MV at 10.05am..... then went to buy movie tickets lu.... so early already queue up 2/3 of the ticketing waiting row liao... ^^" ....

Later Tan Tart show up.... then he asked me to help his fren buy movie tickets oso..... his frens wanna watch Cape 7.... but Tan Tart thought was CJ 7.... ^^" ..... CJ 7 so old de movie still got showing meh?? :x

I decided to watch Outlander...

After that we went to Yoyo Snacks had breakfast lu.....

1st Movie 2009: Outlander * * * ½

The movie was not bad if compare to others B grade movie..... The story was about A man from other galaxy crashed to the Earth during the time of Vikings.. & an Alien was brought to the Earth as well.... You could see the shadow of the monster Alien in the poster(if your eyes is sharp :X ).... Although the movie rated PG18..... regrettably there are still some bloody scenes been censored .....

After movie..... jalan jalan at Isetan.... but din get to buy anything..... Mango came meet up with Tan Tart.... :X ...... so strange de fren hor..? ..... got Orange .... now got Mango :x.....

Then went to Borders .... was looking for a novel 《由于男人都不在了》 (In the Absence of Man) written by a French writer Philippe Besson .... but dun hv at Borders.... -.-" the novel was about relationship between 3 mans during the time of war ... ops.... yes.... it's a P story..... :x...... Know this book coz it's was recommended by Malaysia Artist 易桀齐 ( Jet Yi Jie Qi) in the Sin Chew Jit Poh.... ops..... how come he will recommend this book 1?.... could he be a.... .... ??? :X

After that I left Tan Tart & Mango in the Gardens..... went to MV de MPH oso..... but there oso dun hv.... then I went home lu...

Christmas eve..... I had dinner at Jaya One with some Ps .... :x After fong gong at 4pm... went home rest awhile.... then went to fetch the 1st P.... Piano (John)....

Reached Jaya One shortly..... 1st time went there.....

We will be having dinner at here....


Then the 2nd P, Lulu reached..... followed by the 3rd P.... Terebi(TV)...... we went inside the restaurant 1st....

Since the other 3 Ps running late....... we ordered our dinner without waiting them :x.......

This is wat I had.... Korean Charbroiled...... erm.... ok nice lu......

Half way eating ...... the other 3 Ps arrived..... Tan Tart, Tofu (Pikey) & Orange..... :x ........

Orange very nice.... brought us Christmas gift.....

I got a cute Christmas Bear.....

We had a long dinner there coz the 3 latecomers' food were very late.....

After dinner..... Terebi left us for other plan......

The rest of us continue yum cha at Starbuck..... until 12.05am.... Merry Christmas!

p/s: Got a Christmas Candy from my work place.....

Early morning went to KLCC.... while driving half way.... suddenly Vans called.... tat's around nearly 10am.... after parked at KLCC.... still on the line with Vans... & discuss whether he wanna sleep now or wat... finally he decided come out now walk walk then oni back home sleep .... :x

I went to Kinokuniya walk walk..... bought Naruto Volume 41 & 42.... then walk around KLCC... since meeting Vans later so mar shun bian buy Vans birthday present lu.... :x.... actually din plan buy this week geh.... coz still dun hv any idea wat to buy..... then mar chin cai buy lu.... :x....

The same giant Christmas tree every year..... ^^"....... :x

About 11.45am... Vans called says he really to come out.... so we meet at Pavilion later....

Reached Pavilion almost the same time as Vans.... then we walk walk around at Tangs..... ops... saw a leng zai there.... :x

We had lunch at Crystal Jade Restaurant... we try the Roast Duck with curry.... the Duck was nice..... yum yum....

After had our lunch ..... tat's around 3.30pm jor..... so better go home lu.... since Vans need some sleep ..... & at nite we will yum cha again...

About 9.05pm... Vans called that he can yum cha now.... he says goto La bear Cafe .... ^^" why go there geh? .... I still need to work tomolo geh lor..... Vans says Fei Sebs ok wor.... :x... but I dunno where is it.... so I called Fei Sebs to get the direction or wait me some where so that I can follow him.....

After discussed with Fei Sebs .... we decided change venue .... coz he oso not familiar with the place.... some more we just have 2 hours plus to yum cha... no need go so far lu.... so we decided yum cha at Kuchai Lama Station 1.... :x

At the parking ... saw Fei Sebs walking over.... ops... how come so fei jor geh? ..... :x.... he asked me to shut up.... >.< ....

Vans reached shortly.....

We chit chat till 12am..... then went home lu..... just me & fei sebs went home lor... Vans continue second round yum cha some where else.... :x

47th Movie 2008: The Day The Earth Stood Still * * * ½

A film that remake based on 1951 film of the same name.... not a very huge movie but it is a meaningful movie... with a very strong message on environmental issue and world peace.....

This would be the last movie I watch in the cinema this year.... :)

Today I have checked every where through net & phone (at office :x) ... to see where else selling Naruto manga Taiwan version.... Most of the bookstores were selling local version even that without complete set .... ^^"... they need at least 1 week to compile if you wanna order from them....

Then I figured what if I directly order from Taiwan most famous Eslite Bookstore... so checked their website.... the price per volume was NT$85-90 .. If I order only Naruto part 1 (volume 1- 27).. will be NT$2430 + courier postage NT$1215 = NT$3645... (around RM392.38) ... that means per volume will be RM14.53 ... but they do not have the most important volume 27 in stock... ^^"

Then I received email replied from Kinokuniya Chinese Department (I email them yesterday :x) .... that they do have Taiwan version... but they do not have complete set ... they can order for me if I wan... & the price was from RM13-14... so I decided after work will goto Kinokuniya look see look see :x

Reached Kinokuniya at 5.04pm.... coz I left office at 4.45pm.... keke.... :x

At the entrance of Kinokuniya.... I saw this... @.@ ....

English version of Naruto..... OMG... so tempted to buy ..... >.< .....

& it's 30% off!!!! ..... .. It's RM596.72.... after 30% will be RM417.70 .... each volume will be RM15.47.... very cheap jor..... coz normal price for English version per volume is RM27++ :x Arrrgggg.... wanna buy or not??!!

Ok..... cool down a little 1st..... went to Chinese Department.... look for Taiwan version... ops.... they have volume 1 to40!!!!!! .... the price vary from RM13+ to RM14+ ....


looking at the above receipt .... you know which version I bought lor.... :x..... The cashier scan the price tags until she very stress ..... :x






yup... the Taiwan version....


Volume 1- 40 plus a summary book pertaining Naruto characters & all the Ninja Techniques :x

5.50pm.... carried the 2 very heavy paper bags to the parking.... put in the car.... then decided not to walk around anymore.... coz no money jor.... :x So went back in to pay the parking.... then on my way to Mid Valley coz 8pm will be having dinner with Tan tart, Piano(John), Tofu(Pikey) & Lulu...

Quite jam all the way from KLCC exit to Jalan Tun Razak both side.... luckily I came here early .... if not sure stuck in the jam when coming from PJ...

6.30pm stuck at the way to the Istana Negara.... Piano sms asked whether can pick him coz Lulu will be late...

Jam all the way from KL to PJ.... 7.15pm... reached Piano's place..... he jumped into my car... 7.45pm.... we reached MV .....

Piano actually just back from Hongkong... his company sent their staffs to Hongkong to attend a party.... >.< .... so nice lor....

Went to Isetan meet up with Tan Tart.... bought 2 Renoma t-shirts @ RM39 each only.... :x

Then meet up with Tofu at MV.... decided to have dinner at the Gardens... ^^" .... went back to the Gardens..... >.< then wait for Lulu awhile....

Tofu suggested to eat at 3rd Floor Fong Lye Tea House.... but it was full house & a lot of people waiting outside .... so we changed to behind de Crystal Jade Restaurant...

We sat outside.... they served normal cafe food outside.... & inside they served sit down dinner ....


Piano treat us makan the sweets & biscuit he bought from Hongkong.... Then we all looking at Tofu... coz he went to Hongkong this year oso but din bring back anything for us makan oso..... :x

The service at Crystal Jade (outside) was quite slow..... ^^" ....

After dinner around 9.40pm.... decided to continue yum cha at Gerdens de Starbucks ..... but they will be closed at 10pm.... ^^"......

So we went to MV de Starbucks ..... but a lot ppl there.... no place to sit....

Finally settle down at Coffee Bean.... chit chat awhile...

Went home at 10.45pm....

Went to Sunway Pyramid this morning for movie....

After collected the movie ticket.... went to buy comic book... planned to buy Naruto (book 1 - 50) ... but the comic shop do not hv the complete set ^^" ..... so look see look see awhile... decided to buy Saint Seiya (book 1 - 28) ..... hohoho.... so happy ...

46th Movie 2008: Twilight * * * ½

The movie was quite nice.... because got quite a number of lengzai..... lolx..... :x the movie actually quite romantic.... nothing to scare about... although it is a vampire movie.....
