It's a special day for those who born today.... coz they need to wait for 4 years to celebrate their actual birthday.... :x

Went to MV for movie at 9pm ...

11th Movie 2008: Assembly * * * * ½

This movie should be nominated best foreign film in Oscar .... The effects of the battle are soooo real...... 1st part of the movie is about the battle... 2nd part of the movie is about searching for the truth after the battle... A captain, Guzidi, was ordered to lead his 46 men to fight the KuoMinTang (KMT) Army until the retreat assembly call is sounded. The group fought to death & only the captain is alive... The war is over... & the 46 men been classified as MIA, missing in action... because there is no prove that all these men died as heroes for their country... The captain was desperately seeking answers from the government & the mistery assembly call that never be sounded.....

p/s: Noticed quite a lot of ppl watching movie alone.... most of the lone rangers are in hurry right after the show is over... they will very fast rush to the exit.... then disappear :x me too sometimes will be like that.... that's when I m sitting near the walkway.... :X

Sometimes when you have a little creativity to choose what to give to your friend… you might surprised your friend of your creativeness and your sincerity….

Furthermore when you are stepping into 30’s … you might find that is quite difficult to get a gift for your same age friends or elder…. So most of the time … the best way is to treat them for a meal…

If their name is special…. You might able to get them a special gift… Just like last Saturday… I have given my friend, Ms Rainbow… a CD contain all the mp3 songs with the title Rainbow for her birthday gift… She was so surprised & commented it’s the most thoughtful gift she ever received…. (or maybe female are more easy to be satisfy… compare to PLU :x)

Just like the credit card advertisement…. The satisfaction you see your friend appreciate your present is priceless… the priceless become more priceless if your gift is really priceless (downloaded mp3) :x …of coz the CD is put inside a CD casing with a creative printed cover with all the songs titles…. & wrapped nicely…. :x

Too bad doesn’t hv songs about egg tart… or fansu… :x

Went to 1U for 11am movie...

10th Movie 2008: Vantage Point * * * ½

Kind of looking forward to this movie... coz the trailer looks nice... but it turns out just so so... It's a story about assasination of the US President... The movie starts with the views of GNN broadcast tv & it really gives the instense shocking impact.... then the movie starts to rewind from the view of Thomas Barnes (Dennis Quaid), Secret Service Agent to protect the president... then rewind from the view of Enrique, undercover police decieved by the terrorist, then rewind from the view of Howard Lewis (Forest Whitaker), a tourist who recorded the terrorist event, then rewind from the view of the real US President and finally a rewind & continues of the story from the view of the terrorist leader, Suarez.... becoz of too many rewind... u might be getting frustuated to see the president been shoot again & again & again & again.... >.< .....
The last part of the movie is very exciting.... & there is an unexpected traitor.... so this movie is still worth to watch..!

After movie going home lu.... saw a smart looking guy standing around the 2nd floor oval shape centre stage there... wearing pinky shirt & beige colour pant.... :X when i m taking the escalator going down keep "kap" him.... wakaka.... :x

Stupid GSC system down

Movie at 1U GSC.... reached 1U at 10.35am.... but the GSC ticketing system all down.... so waited at the reservation counter till 11am... =.-" looking at ppl making noices & complaining & asking to see the manager... but the GSC manager don't know hiding at where... Most of the ppl making noice are those bought online tickets for 11am CJ7 show.... 11.05am the ticketing counters were fixed but not the reservation counter... so the GSC staff directed the reservation queue to 2 ticketing counters... Lucky my show is 11.30am... so not affected much.... just wasted some time waiting for the stupid ticketing system to be fixed... :x


9th Movie 2008: Jumper * * * ½

People with ability to teleport to any where that known as Jumper... Storyline is quite interesting... David Rice (Hayden Christensen) discovered his ability to teleport when he were still a teenager... he cleverly "borrow" money from bank & since then he lives a wealthy & free life.... But after 8 years, a Paladin located him & wanted to kill him... Paladin are executor from a secret organization to kill all the Jumpers...
What will u do if u have the ability to teleport... I guess we all will did the same as David Rice ... take "some" monies from the banks & living a free life... :x

Farewell ZB

Today after fong gong went to MV farewell for ZB... he will be going to US for work... earning USD become rich rich.... :x

Oni me and Kuku farewell for him coz Fei Sebs & David never show up.... :x

We went to Din Tai Fung at the Garden for dinner... we ordered Xiao Long Bao, Pork Chop Ramen, Chicken Chop Ramen & Shrimp Fried Rice....

Kuku & ZB keep hiao'ing coz they think the boss of Din Tai Fung is cute :X ....

I treat them eat lu.... for ZB farewell & Kuku's bday on 12 Feb..... :x

After eat then go home lu.... since ZB is very BZ ...... :x

Valentine's Lunch

Today is Valentine's day... wish you all having a very happy & special day!

I had a special lunch too... b'coz went to MV had lunch with Alex aka Alexis aka Ah Prince & his bf, Ryan.... who're both also 1st time meet ... :X

MV's CNY decorations.... Quite simple only...


Ah Prince & Ryan came to kl last nite to celebrate Valentine... :x They stayed at Cititel, MV.... Last nite they got ask wanna yum cha or not... but it was too late... so they find other ppl yum cha :X

So today we had lunch at Mdm Kwan.... b'coz I only have 1 hour++ for lunch & Mdm Kwan serve the food quite fast .... :X

B4 this, they both already shopped around at the Garden :X

I had Nasi Lemak, Ah Prince & Ryan had Nasi Bonjari.... I recommended Ah Prince the Sagu Gula Melaka... :X They commented Nasi Bonjari's chicken's skin is nice.... =.-" & the Sagu is nice :)

Ah Prince is a heavy smoker like Vans..... :x If they both seat together sure I will die faster b'coz of 2nd hand smoke..... :X

1st time meet... sure a bit shy to talk ... further more I m not talkative type also..... :x

Ah Prince very gentleman... b'coz he treat me for the lunch... lolx ..... thx thx .... :x but he should treat also b'coz he earn pound sterling... super rich.... :X

Sei Ah Prince laugh my SE K800 looks ugly.... =.-" .... If not mistaken he using Samsung x830 not 3G oso... cheh..... :x .......

After lunch, I walked them to Leonard Drake b'coz Ah Prince wanna buy skincare for his bf ... :x spent about RM460++ & they get 1 free towel.... :x

After that I need to get back to office ..... so say bye bye to them...

Went to 1U for movie... a fren ffk.... =.-" so mar watch alone lu....

Ngam ngam got lion dance at Wah Chan.... tong tong chang tong tong chang.... :x

8th Movie 2008: CJ7 * * * ½

The movie is just so so.... nothing special ... most special is the CJ7 Alien Doggie.... very cute.... This is a kiddo movie... about a friendship of a boy with the Alien Doggie... There are some scenes still worth a laugh... and others u will just smile inside ur heart... because some of the jokes were just copied from Kung Fu (Mr Stephen Chow previous movie) just that the jokes are used on the kid... and the new female actress is really a flower pot.... :X

If wanna compare the both Chinese New Year movies, Kung Fu Dunk & CJ7.... I preferred Kung Fu Dunk.... muahaha... Jay Chou rocks! :X .... ops... sot jor....

Planned watch movie with 2 ex-coursemates frens at Cineleisure.....

7th Movie 2008: Kung Fu Dunk (Mandarin) * * * *

4 stars.... coz just love Jay Chou.... :x .....
Actually the movie is quite entertaining... Recommend you all watch Mandarin version de... Mandarin version de should be 95% is original voice... only Ah Sa de voice is dubbing de... :x
The movie is very simple & str8 forward... yet there are some touching moments...
There is 1 unlogic storyline... how come Jay's female teacher can enter the guys basket ball match? :x ..... but who cares.... it's a CNY movie.... so watch it happily..... :X

After movie .... went to have lunch at Sakae Sushi with frens... then walk walk around Ikano & the Curve.... Yum cha at Starbuck... then went home lu.... :x

Chinese New Year should wear what colour

2008 Chinese New Year will not be suitable to wear Red Red ..... :X

1st day of CNY none suitable to wear Red.... suitable colours are Green & Light Green (Mice, Tiger, Rabbit, Snake, Horse & Pig), Beige & Yellow (Cow, Dragon, Goat, Money, Chicken & Dog).

2nd & 3rd day... White (Mice, Monkey, Chiken & Pig), White & Light Blue (Cow, Dragon, Goat & Dog), Blue & Green (Tiger & Rabbit), Green & Light Green (Snake & Horse).

Only untill 4th & 5th day, Cow, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Goat & Dog suitable wear Red & Light Red... Others suitable wear Blue, Light Blue or White with Blue....

Went to 1U do last mins shopping for CNY pants.... Nice CNY decoration....



Later on got performance .....

These kiddos very geng.... but still dun dare to watch too long... coz saw their hands are shaking.... >.< so scare the kid up there fell down.... :x

6th Movie 2008: The Eye * * * ½

This is the English version of The Eye... refilmed based on the HongKong version....

Jessica Alba did well in the movie....

When watching the movie.... we will normally compare with the HongKong version some of the classic scenes.... such as

1) a boy that always asking "did you see my report card?"... (HK very de more scary coz is in a old apartment building.... English version de apartment too beautiful jor :X)

2) the old man stand inside the lift facing inside the lift..... (still quite scary >.<)

3) the women inside the coffee house suddenly "fly" towards Jessica.... (HongKong version de is a guy at a working place "fly" towards Lee Xin Jie...

The English version dun hv the ghost licking the Char Siu at the Chinese Restaurant... :x although Jessica Alba did went into a Chinese Restaurant & the cook was chopping the Char Siu.... :x
