Recently watched de PLU movies......
1) Boys Love (2006)
Synopsis
The movie tells the story of Taishin Mamiya, a magazine editor who meets and interviews a young model, Noeru Kisaragi, and becomes sinfully attracted to him. Their love, however, is forbidden. The tagline of the movie is "All we did was love each other, but...our love is forbidden. Why is it a "sin"?"
Taishin Mamiya (Kotani Yoshikazu - hort hair) is a young shy editor at a magazine whose first assignment as a writer is to interview teen model, Noeru (Saito Takumi - long hair). Over the course of the interview, Noeru makes a sexual play for Taishin. Again, what could have turned into an angsty quest to determine his sexuality is avoided, and we only know Taishin is drawn to Noeru. Sexuality is a huge element to the film, but a largely unspoken one.
Kotani Yoshikazu is quite leng & his body is slim fit... so leng :X his butt butt oso nice ... can see in pic 
....... ops.... getting ham sup jor~........ The story actually just so so .... but got cute guy to see mar..... :X hehe....
2) Boy Crush (2007)
Synopsis
A movie with 7 short films...... all the short films shows about a guy having a crush to another guy....
i) Night Swimming -- (US, 2005, 19 min) Alluring cinematography and a well-designed script expose a gay punker’s crush on his “straight” best friend. When a broken-down car lead the two to a moonlit lake, things become rather heated after a dip in the lake.
Night Swimming is very direct, a teen boy having a crush to his str8 fren who has a gf.... Both of them went for a road trip but the car broke down... the str8 fren lead the teen boy for a nite swim at the nearby lake.... Later back to the car.... they sleep with wearing just boxer(dunno why outside so cold still wan sleep with boxer only :X )... then dunno how... the str8 fren sendiri started tfk for the teen boy.... ^^" but after they got back home... the str8 fren distance him self from the teen boy.
ii) Summer -- (Great Britain, 2006, 10 min) This intricately crafted short delicately explores the ache of unrequited love as Leung revelas his true feelings for his beefy straight pal Will.
Summer is nice... maybe because it's simple & short... An Asian teen boy, Leung kissed his str8 fren, Wil when they were hanging out at a park & revealed his feelings. Wil rejected him but he still would be his good fren. :)
iii) Oedipus N+1 -- (France, 2002, 27 min) A young French man wakes up to learn that he's a clone. Strange memories from his previous self - ones involving another man - surface, which seem to upset his mother.... (French with English subtitles)
Oedipus N+1 is story in future... where ppl can be clone... A mother killed his own son & reproduce a clone each time his son discovered his true self... gay..... >.<>
iv) Out Now -- (Germany, 2005, 20 min) In Bavaria, 16-year-old Tom keeps his sexuality secret from his homophobic peers -- even though, as he discovers while online, a cute boy or two might be gay, too! (german with English subtitles)
Tom, 16yo gay been bullied by his peers.... So he kissed a girl at school to proved that he is as str8 as his frens..... At a music event, Tom found out the Deejay is the gay guy that they been chatting online.... when Tom went to a room the "come out" to the Deejay... he discovered 1 of his peer that bullied him is having sex with the Deejay..... ^^"
v) Running without Sound -- (US, 2004, 12 min) A deaf teen makes a dash for love with a charismatic running team friend.
Always felt touching to see the love story for handicap.....
vi) The Bridge -- (Australia, 2005, 8 min) An aging man recalls the young lover he had to leave behind in this heart wrenching, impressionistic story of the separation that occurs because of a denied application for political asylum.
Wasn't paying attention while watching this....... :X so dun really know the story :x
vii) Hitchcocked -- (US, 2006, 8 min) With his latest short, filmmaker David M. Young takes us to the brink in this comic thriller about an online hookup.
3) The Siam of Love (2007)
Synopsis
Mew and Tong were neighbors and close friends in childhood. But after Tong's sister, Tang, disappeared, Tong's family moved away. The boys are reunited during their senior year of high school at Siam Square. The musically talented Mew is the leader of a boy band called August.
Tong has a pretty girlfriend, Donut. The meeting stirs up old feelings that Mew has harbored since boyhood, his love for Tong. Mew's band, meanwhile, has a new manager, June. She looks just like Tong's long-lost sister, Tang. After meeting June, Tong and his mother, Sunee, devise to a plan to pay June to pretend she is Tang, in hopes that it will pull Tong's father out of his alcoholic depression. Tang borrows a story from the Thai film Ruk Jung, saying she has amnesia, which is why she has forgotten how to say her family's Catholic grace at the dinner table.
Mew is also the object of an unrequited crush of a neighbor girl, Ying. But Mew has strong feelings for Tong, which have inspired him to write new songs. The boys share a prolonged kiss in Tong's backyard one night after a party in honor of the return of Tang. Tong also spends the night with Mew, which causes his mother to worry. At Christmas time, as Tong and his mother are decorating a Christmas tree, they have a heart-to-heart talk about making choices, and Tong asks his mother to let him make his own choices.
Tong then goes to Siam Square for a date with Donut. Mew's band is playing nearby, so Tong abandons Donut and tells her he cannot be with her. He then rushes to see Mew play and is guided there by Ying, who has accepted the fact that Mew loves Tong. After the performance, Tong gives Mew a gift, a missing nose from a wooden doll that Tong gave him when they were children. However, Tong tells Mew he can't be his boyfriend but that doesn't mean he doesn't love Mew.
Everyone who watched this movie would love the boys Tong & Mew... >.< They are sooooooooooooooo damn CUTE!!!! :X
The movie is actually not only about PLU love but oso friendship & family love...... If you have forgotten what is PURE LOVE.... this is the movie that will remind u....
The songs in the movie were good .... especially with the English Subtitle.... very touching & meaningful ......
Definitely will make your eyes wet wet... if you didn't... that means your heart is not pure any more.... :x
The Siam of Love ... A must see PLU movie of the year.....
